Why avoid defenders when you can just run through them?

Omarion Hampton is the result of teaching hulk how to run a football. Standing 6 foot 220 and clocking a 40 time that’s south of 4.5 - RB coaches will begging GMs to draft this man onto their roster.

Number 28 has unlimited upside and is also a little raw as a prospect. Running through the ACC, many of his broken tackles are caused from simply outpowering and running over the defender. This portion of his game will still carry over to the NFL but will just be slightly less effective. While some may see this as a knock, I think it’s a growth opportunity that will force Hampton to adapt to the league. A great running back coach could truly take his game to the next level by adding more moves to his “bag” as the kids say.

Hampton is all upside and I see him sneaking into the back of the 1st round or kicking off day 2. Watch out for this dynamic back as he just might take over the NFL.
